1. Brief Introduction to Hulunbuir University

      Hulunbuir University is located in Hulunbuir City , which is known as the most beautiful prairie and the best Ethnic Customs Charm City of China, is a national full-time comprehensive university with has 12,000 students on campus.

The university has actively carried out international exchanges and cooperation, has established friendly and cooperative relations with Baikal State University, Belgorod State Technological University, Krasnoyarsk State Normal University, Siberia Federal University, Irkutsk State Technical University, Mongolia Dornod University and other colleges and universities abroad.

Since the university was approved to receive foreign students by China’s Ministry of Education in 1995, we have trained almost 500 foreign students from Mongolia、Russia and other countries. The university also has an excellent Chinese teachers team with high professional level and reasonable structure. The university organized students to take the HSK test once a semester and awarded the diploma to student who has completed all courses.

The university has well learning facilities and living environment.

⒉ Type of Admission and requirements

(1)Type: Long-term (1-2 years) learning students;

Short term (1-4 months) learning students.

(2)Requirements: Applicants must be a nonChinacitizens holding valild  foreign passport with good health, good character and no criminal record. Applicants must be willing to abide by the Chinese laws, school rules and regulations and respect Chinese customs. Applicants should provide high school or above degree and should be at the age of 18 to 55 years old.

①Accommodation: On-campus double room with bathroom, single room costs double.

② Tuition and accommodation for exchange students varies according to the agreement.

4. Admission processes and procedures

Applicants should contact the Foreign Affairs Office and send us the completed application form along with the following documents：

① Copy of passport
② No criminal record  
③ Health certification
④ Copy of diploma and transcripts
⑤ Five recent two-inch frontal colorful photos
⑥ Resume 
⑦ Application form for foreign students of Hulunbuir University

Applicants should hold “Visa Application Form for Study inChina” (JW202) and “University Admission Notice” (both would be sent by school to applicants) to apply for “X” visa at the nearest Chinese embassy. Applicants can get the “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners ”  at Chinese embassy and should do the physical check according to the requirements.

Applicants should hold “University Admission Notice”, “Health certification” to go to Foreign Affairs Office of Hulunbuir University for registration on schedule.

5. Application time

Long-term learning applicants should apply during April 1 to June 20;

Short-term learning applicants can apply at any time.
